Spa Etiquette
We offer all our guests a quiet and soothing environment to lift their spirit and sooth their souls; So we ask that our guests please refrain from using cell phones and other paging devices. In addition, our environment is not conducive to babies and young children, and for this reason we ask that all of our guests make arrangements for childcare prior to visiting our salon.
Deposits and Cancellations
We understand scheduling conflicts may arise but because our salon services are reserved just for you, deposits may be required for booking appointments of one hour or longer duration. To ensure excellent service, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for most services, a 48-hour notice on multiple services and a week notice on group bookings. A full fee will be charged for missed appointments and a 50% fee on appointments not cancelled within our required cancellation times. We reserve the right to use discretion on a case-by-case basis.
